Ghanshyam Acharya is a human factors instructor leading the Avia-Guru curriculum. He brings hands-on aviation maintenance and safety management experience to every lesson, translating regulatory frameworks such as Threat and Error Management (TEM), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and the SHELL model into practical, scenario-driven training. His teaching emphasizes real-world case studies and measurable behavioral change rather than theory alone.
